Not exactly what I expected
The attentive staff organized our airport transfers seamlessly,, and the beautiful junior suite provided a lovely canal view. It truly felt like a special experience in a palace setting!
Unfortunately, noise from the adjacent rooms was bothersome at night, impacting sleep quality. The breakfast room was also cramped during peak hours, making dining uncomfortable at times.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views
We stayed in a spacious Classic Double Room with canal views, perfect for watching gondolas go by. The bathroom had luxurious marble decor, and the air conditioning was excellent. Staff were super attentive and nice. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries and organic juices. The location was close to attractions but still quiet.

We had an amazing two-night stay where we were treated to a delightful complimentary welcome drink and an unexpected room upgrade with a stunning view. The hotel offered great relaxation options like the leisure room and foot massages, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Only hiccup was finding our way through the maze of alleyways to get there, but once settled, it felt like pure bliss! 😊

A gem in the heart of Venice
Waking up in a grand palace, our room boasted stunning views over the piazza, and the staff’s warm smiles made us feel right at home.
Finding the hotel was tricky through the narrow alleys, and while the price matched the luxury, it certainly put a dent in our budget!

Overall, it's a lovely place to explore the surrounding area, though noise between rooms could be an issue for light sleepers.

Incredible local eats within a stone's throw! Bar All'Orologio serves a mean cicchetto, and don't sleep on Osteria alle Testiere for their seafood pasta—pure magic. The hotel room was a fairy-tale fantasy, decked out with luxe touches. Truly felt regal! Plus, the staff were gems, always ready to assist.
